The farmhouse has been restored in the Tuscan tradition, and offers its guests three flats for 2-5 persons. Each flat has an independent entrance, heating, smart satellite TV with international channels, Wi-Fi coverage, and an independent outdoor area. There is a large lawn, a trampoline for children and a swimming pool. A barbecue and the use of a washing machine are at guests’ disposal. Parking is in the farmhouse. The village is less than two kilometres away, the road is unpaved but in good condition. The flats are usually rented for a week from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights); but in the middle and low season it is also possible to stay only for the weekend (or for different days). The prices below are therefore per week, and include electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, weekly change of linen and a welcome kit. The flats are rented on a self-catering basis; guests will find linen and a fully equipped kitchen, but neither half board nor breakfast is provided.
