PRICE LIST
Our apartments are usually rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights); but in mid and low season, they can also be rented – according to availability – just for one or more days.
Therefore, the following prices are per week and are inclusive of electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, weekly bed linen change and a welcome kit.
Prices do not include the Tourist Tax, introduced by the Municipality of Massa Marittima and still under discussion.
*Exclusive of the Christmas period, New Year and Easter .
